Online Ordering Guidelines
We will respond to orders within one to two business days, with exceptions of holidays. If we are unable to ship the item immediately or you have placed a special order, we will contact you with the expected ship time. If you would like something delivered next day, we will do our best to accommodate you. We require that you contact the store by 10a.m. Central Time.
We use UPS and FedEx for our shipments and are unable to ship to PO Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please use the chart below to estimate the shipping cost for your order. For oversized items or furniture, we will contact you with the shipping cost.

Due to the high demand of our products and our selective stock, we are at times sold out. We will let you know within one to two business days if this is the case. If we are expecting a shipment of the item you ordered, we will give an approximate time of delivery. You must notify of us within five days of your initial order that you would like to maintain the order or it will automatically canceled. Your credit card will not be charged until the items ordered are sent.
If the item(s) that you would like to order is not regularly kept in stock (jewelry, furniture), then we can to special order it with the stipulation that your order may not be refunded or exchanged. We will advise you of the wait time of your special order via email prior to your confirmation of your order. Special orders require a half deposit that is not refundable.
If we are unable to fulfill the order, we will notify you of this, cancel the order and make a full refund.
Forms of Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If a credit card is declined we will notify you within one to two business days. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment, except on the case of special orders, which must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped within the state of Louisiana.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise, with the exception of special orders and jewelry, within 10 days of the initial shipment to you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend insuring packages shipped back to us, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
Clothing must be clean and have all tags attached. The clothing may not have been worn, altered or washed.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition with the dust bag. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
All jewelry sales are final sales, no returns or exchanges.
All special orders are final sales. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges on merchandise that is special ordered at your request.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact the store and check the availability of the item. We will place the item on hold and will ship it upon receipt of returned item.

Your credit card will be refunded within two days of receipt of your returned merchandise and notified by email. Please understand that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund on your account.
We maintain the right to reject a return if an item shows obvious signs of use.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from piednuneworleans.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Pied Nu Gift Certificates are available for purchase online in increments of one hundred dollars with a maximum of five hundred. If you would like to purchase a different amount please contact the store and we will be happy to assist you. There is no shipping cost for Gift Certificates shipped with the US Postal Service.
To redeem your gift certificates, please contact the store and have your Gift Certificate Number and the name of the purchaser handy. If your gift certificate exceeds the total amount of the purchase, the remainder will be kept in our computer as store credit and we’ll send you a receipt for your records.
